In 1994, a bridge lifting system to construct the Great Belt East Bridge in Denmark was needed, resulting in an award to design and construct the Taklift 9. This bridge lifting Sheerleg has a lifting capacity of 1,400mt. The length of the A-frame is 30m and has an adjustable radius from 4m to 22m. The Taklift 9 was used to lift bridge elements in close cooperation with the Taklift 4.
